| I'm having the same problem as Merc:
the patch does not work. This f****** sucks. I too I'm out $40 bucks. My first call Monday morning is to Aspyr customer service as an irate customer!!! |

| I tried the two locations listed for downloading the patch. Neither one will install. The mac just sits at "Installing... DS-Store" and never does anything or finishes. Looks like I might be out 40 bucks also.

| I ALSO DOWNLOADED THE PATCH, TWICE, AND IT STILL DOESN'T BOOT. I RECOMMEND NO ONE BUY IT, SINCE THE SOFTWARE STORE WILL NOT TAKE OPENED BOX RETURNS. I GUESS I SHOULD JUST THROUGH $40 IN THE TRASH. |

| This update is necessary to make the game run in Leopard; but the updater itself does not work! Here's what I get:
