| Rubicon stays true to the Marathon universe and story, but the AO standlone version makes it better than ever! Immersive story and killer action... |

| Quite probably one of the greatest Marathon scenarios ever made. (If not *the* greatest.)
Anyone who bashes this game should be ashamed of themselves. I'd take this over Quake or Half Life any day. It's even totally free to people who don't own Marathon Infinity! A superb effort by the Rubicon. Here's to hoping for a sequel..just goes to show that Marathon is NOT dead. |

| I was prepared to be quite cynical about this. After all what can a Marathon scenario do for you in the age of the Unreal & Quake graphic engines. But this is excellent - great gameplay and really well designed levels. And you don't need the most whizzo graphics to conjure atmosphere, which this has in buckets. And its free! Brilliant job. |

| Rubicon Rocks!!! I like the laurels particularly. The new graphics and all really make it a good scenatio, no, wait, game. Rubicon should now be officially refered to as "Marathon 4: Rubicon" |

| Marathon P'hor ever! I say.
And don't let *any* lost soul or dweep here post that bungie could had done better, (THIS IS NOT MADE BY MSBUNGIEAOL), or that the enginge is old (IT IS! OLD) and you've seen better games. (SO HAVE I!) If you weren't born in the Marathon universe, then skip it. Its like the old tales your grand dad told you, you have outgrown now. Go, leave, play brainless qwaak. This is made by the FANS of that OLD game, that WHIPPED the behinds of DOOM (stupid 180dgree annoyance). And they did this in their own FREE, NON-PAYED TIME!
I say, thank you, instead. |

| Absolutely amazing. Great story, engaging plot, beautiful textures... It's an amazing use of five-year old technology. You can tell these talented guys put in four long years of work... and then to give it away for free? Somebody hire these guys! |

| This add-on has that essence that made me forsake all those hours that I put into the trilogy instead of sleeping, going to school/work. Its a must have, it looks great, it feels great and once more you are reminded why Marathon are THE fps out there. |
