Added Input Sprocket support for joysticks and joypads.
Warning! MacOS system 9.0 has a problem with InputSprocket 1.7 and the Ariston Hermes/Ares joystick drivers. Apple will have a fix for InputSprocket sometime soon. Look at http://www.ariston.com and http://www.apple.com for the latest drivers. I have tested the Ariston joypad with system 8.1 and 8.6 with InputSprocket 1.4.1 and it works flawlessly
Added a swear word shutoff button. Enable the button "No Bad Words" in the configuration menu to remove the words Damn, Kick A## and B!!chen.
