Using the same heavy-duty textures used in maps like Gothic Zen, this map is very, very good looking which means you're going to lose a lot of playability when your clock cycles slow down to a crawl. So what is it? It's YACM - Yet Another Church Map, some kind of weird cathedral used for Satan worship and human sacrifice. Textures are all from the standard complement that ship with UT.
