This is a map by Tom Mustaine of Ritual Entertainment. "Mustaine's Madness" and "Mustaine's Tourney" (Tourney is an included download) are the same map, but the tourney map lacks the powerups. The map is definitely not for klutzes. There are a lot of stairwells that traverse a layer of red fog; make one mistep and you're toast. In the center of the fog is a platform on which the quad sits; probably the easiest way to get to it is to give yourself a hefty launch out the window that leads to nowhere (your author made the mistake the first time of not realizing that there was nothing but red fog beneath that window).
The map is designed to be run with about 4 to 6 people, so it's a fairly small map with some nice, small areas to frag in. There's a lot of structure - pillars and walls - so you'll have plenty of places to duck and cover.
