Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare 1.7.1 Update

This is an official update for Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare. This patch will update any retail version of the game to version 1.7.1.

Version 1.7.1:
• Shadows are now enabled for ATI video cards.
• Improved Anti-Aliasing performance on most NVIDIA video cards.
